Alicia Keys has a beautiful voice that never ceases to enchant me. I fell in love with this song as soon as I heard it, and I find it almost impossible to grow tired of. With an inspired vocal hook, the song's beginning is marvelous, and the chorus is even better: "I keep on fallin' in and out/ of love with you/ I never loved someone/ the way that I love you." The bridge is extremely well done, and the only problem is that the song has to end.
Thankfully, the book made the correct decision, and made this one of the main 1001 songs. Though Alicia Keys continues to make amazing records, I will never forget the beauty of "Fallin'".
